茵莲清肝合剂中芍药苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的　研究茵莲清肝合剂中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法　采用高效液相法。色谱柱YWGC18(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm) ,室温 ,流动相为甲醇—水 (30∶70 ) ;流速为 1mL min ;检测波长为2 30nm。结果　芍药苷在 0 15～ 1 5 μg范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 9998,n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为99 16 % ,RSD为 0 87%。结论　方法准确、可行 ,可用于茵莲清肝合剂的质量控制。Objective To investigate the method for the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Yinlianqinggan Mixture (YM). Method HPLC was used in this experiment. The YWGC 18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4 6 mm, 10 μm) was chosen, and the experiment was carried out at the room teperature. The mobile phase was methanol water (30∶70) at a flow velocity of 1 mL/minute. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results There was a linear relationship with paeoniflorin within the range of 0 15 μg to 1 5 μg (r=0 9998, n =5) and the average recovery was 99 16% (RSD=0 87%). Conclusion This method is accurate and practicable, and can be used in the quality control of YM.
