摘 要:SAW熔渣/液态金属界面电化学现象是近年来一些焊接冶金学者提出的新概念,作者对直流焊接条件下的焊接电弧阴极、阳极的电化学反应特性做了分析总结,并结合该研究领域的试验研究进展,对建立的试验研究方法及这些方法尚存在的欠缺做了评述,对进一步开展焊接电化学现象试验及理论方面的研究提出了一些观点,认为熔渣碱度对焊接电化学作用影响极大,关于熔渣/液态金属界面电化学作用问题在目前重要钢结构焊接普遍采用高碱度低活性焊剂焊接时较为突出,有可能成为控制焊缝金属氧含量的一主要因素,其相关理论的建立将丰富、革新现行的焊接治金理论。Electrochemical interfacial phenomena between molten-slag and liquid-metal in SAW is a new concept introduced by some welding metallurgical scholars in recent years. In this paper, electrochemical reaction characteristics occurring in direct current arc cathode and anode were analyzed and summarized. Combining with test and development in this field, an evaluation was carried on for test methods as well as defects existed, some test methods about welding electrochemical phenomena for more were proposed in view of authors, it is reasonable that the basicity index of molten-slag has great influence on welding electrochemical reaction, the problem of electrochemical interface reaction between molten-slag and liquid-metal is important in steel structure welding in which a high basicity index and lower active flux is widely used, it is possible that this would have become a main factor controlling oxygen content, the founding of relative theory will be abundant in and reform welding metallurgy theory nowadays.
