摘　　要：采用2kWNd:YAG激光器对不同厚度车身用板进行了搭接和对接两种接头形式的激光焊接研究。并对焊接接头进行了拉伸试验分析,确定了合适的焊接参数。In this study, experiments and analysis were conducted on the two types joints of tailored-blank welding. The welding was performed by a Nd:YAG laser with 2 kW maximum power combined with a robot arm. Lap welding & butt welding of two different thickness workpieces were investigated. After welding, the tensile test of welding joints were conducted, and the appropriate welding parameters were ascertained.
