针刺第二掌骨桡侧全息心穴对运动中血压的影响

摘　　要：对 2 0名体院学生在运动负荷中的血压变化情况进行了研究。对其中 10名大学生进行为期 3周的针刺第二掌骨桡侧全息心穴。结果显示 :3周针刺第二掌骨桡侧全息心穴治疗后 ,实验组在运动中的收缩压 (SBP)与舒张压 (DBP)均明显低于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ;P <0 .0 1) ,脉压差变化不明显 ,表明针刺第二掌骨桡侧全息心穴治疗有助于改善心脏功能 ,降低血压 ,提示针刺第二掌骨桡侧全息心穴治疗可能成为提高运动中心功能的有效手段。Contrast studying blood pressure of 20 students of Physical Education Institute ,and acupuncture radio-holographic heart point on 10 of the 20 students for 3 weeks.Show: after acupuncture,the SBP and the DBP fall obviously than controls in sporting, and show marked difference (P<0.05;P<0.01),ΔBP is unchanged. The result:acupuncture radio-holographic heart point helps to improve function of heart ,reduce blood pressure and is possible to become an effective measure to raise the function of heart in sporting.
