摘　　要：文章从认知语言学的视点研究情态助动词的语义实质,探讨其语义与结构的对应关系,并从新的视角论证了易仲良教授的将M+-Ф作为情态语法范畴的标记式是合语法性的。Langacker holds that the essence of grammar is all kinds of set sign orders. They correspond to their semantic structures. This paper studies the syntactic and semantic features of modal auxiliary verbs from a cognitive perspective and mainly examines their structures related with their semantics, meanwhile it proves the grammaticality of Mr.Yi's proposition that M+-Ф is the model grammar category.
