摘　　要：树立全面的阵地观,善于驾驭思想道德建设的三个阵地,突出思想文化建设主阵地,积极开展具有中国特色的体育思想道德创建活动;树立全面的资源观,积极开发体育思想文化资源;树立全面的资产观,科学运用体育思想文化资产;树立全面的效益观,整合体育思想文化资源,追求体育思想道德建设的实际效益。An overau I idea of holding the front should be set up and the three fronts of the ideological and moral construction should be controlled. The ideological and moral construction should be stressed to development the sport ideology and mordlity with the Chinese characteristics. The resources of sport ideology and culture should be opened up and utilized scientificauy. The sport ideologiceu and cultural resourcesshould be integrated to seek for the substantial effects of the sport ideological and cultural construction.
