摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析了我国体育无形资产开发中存在的主要问题,结果表明:我国体育无形资产开发尚处于起步阶段,缺乏相应的政策和法规,组织管理和开发工作不够规范,体育无形资产的利用率和收益率较低。The article analyzed that there exists some problems in developing physical intangible property in China The article showed: (1) that development of physical in tangible property stays in preliminary state; (2) that some polity and regulations concerned with it are so little that this leads to disorder in physical development;(3) that efficiency of using intangible property is very lower Finally the authors advised some measures which should be adopted
