痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎的疗效。方法将患者138例随机分为两组,治疗组予痰热清注射液静滴,对照组予左氧氟沙星静滴。两组均治疗7d。结果治疗组总疗效及中医证候改善情况均优于对照组,而血象及X线胸片表现的改善则两组相当。结论痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎疗效良好,安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection for acute bronchitis.Methods:138 patients were devided randomly into two groups.Patients in treatment group have been given Tanreqing Injection,while those in controlled group have received levofloxacin for 7 days.Results:The curative effect and improvement of symptom of treatment group was superior to those of controlled group.Both groups' improvement of blood picture and be havior of chest X-ray examination were similar.Conclusion:It is reliable and safe that acute bronchitis treated with Tanreqing Injection.
