摘  要:目的:了解1993~2001年间志贺菌菌群分布和耐药性。方法:菌种鉴定采用常规方法,药敏试验采用WHO推荐K-B纸片扩散法。结果:本地区志贺菌仍以福氏志贺菌为主,该菌对氯霉素、氨苄青霉素耐药率较高,对氟喹诺酮耐药性在上升,对头孢类抗生索耐药性较低。结论:根据药敏试验和耐药性分析合理应用抗生素。氟喹诺酮、三代头孢菌素为首选。Objective:To probe into the serotypes and drug-resistance of ShigeUa spp from 1993 to 2001 .Method:The antimicrobial susceptibilities were investigated by K-B method. The strains of Shigella were identified by the routine methods. Results: 489 strains were Shigellae flexneri, 13strains were S.sonnei,2 stains were S. boyddi. The drug tolerance rates of ampicillin and chloram-phenicol were higher than that of others, the drug tolerance rates of quinolones raised every year, but the drug tolerance rate of cephalosporins were low. Conclusion: The drug tolerance of Shigella being studied is very helpful to rational use of the antimicrobials. Quinolones and third generation of cephalosporins should be used firstly in treatment.
