摘　　要：目的探讨国内首台AG -9800型多功能氩气刀的功能及效果。方法在活体猪和临床手术中使用AG -9800型多功能氩气刀 ,并在操作过程中观察它的凝血、汽化切、氩离子束凝、空气离子束凝、氩气增强、空气增强、点凝、面凝、双极凝、遥控多功能刀笔等方面的功能及其使用效果。结果在对肝脾肺等不同脏器的动物实验和137例病人的不同手术中 ,AG -9800型多功能氩气刀功能齐全 ,止血效果满意。结论国产AG -9800型多功能氩气刀在临床手术中完全可以与国外同类产品媲美 。Objective The functions and results of the first domestic AG-9800multi-functional argon beam coagulator were discussed.Methods In living pigs and clinical practice,the machine was observed for its function of coagulating blood and other usage.Results On clinical operations on137patients,the AG-9800argon beam coagulator was proved to be multi-functional and have satisfactory effects in hemostasis.With the experiments on animals,the same effects for organs,such as livers,spleens,lungs,were observed.Conclusion Compared with the same kind of machine abroad,the domestic AG-9800multi-functional argon beam coagulator has the equal effects and is worth widely introducing and using.
