痛风舒浸膏粉对尿酸所致动物炎症的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的　观察痛风舒浸膏粉对尿酸所致大鼠足爪肿胀和对尿酸所致家兔急性痛风性关节炎的影响。同时观察冰醋酸所致小鼠炎性疼痛的镇痛作用。方法　用毛细管扩大法观察并比较不同时间内尿酸致大鼠足爪肿胀的程度。在尿酸致家兔急性关节炎实验中 ,观察模型动物关节积液中白细胞和淋巴细胞浸润程度以及滑膜组织的病理改变。用扭体法观察痛风舒浸膏粉对冰醋酸所致小鼠炎性疼痛的镇痛作用。结果　痛风舒浸膏粉 2 .4、1.2g·kg-1对尿酸所致大鼠足爪肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ;两剂量组对尿酸所致家兔急性关节炎也有明显的抑制作用 ,关节积液白细胞计数和关节病变明显低于对照组。大剂量(3.6g·kg-1)时 ,5s切变率的全血粘度和血浆粘度变值均低于模型对照组。 3.6、1.8kg-1有明显的镇痛作用。结论　痛风舒浸膏粉有抑制尿酸所致大鼠足爪肿胀和尿酸所致家兔急性痛风性关节炎的作用 ;对冰醋酸所致小鼠炎性疼痛有镇痛作用。OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of Tongfeng Shu powder on rabbit's acute gouty arthritis, swelling of rat foot and the anti-ache action. METHODS We used rabbit's acute gouty models, rat's foot swell models and ache mice models stimulated by chemical substance(uric acid and ice vinegar acid), then animals were administrated different dosages of Gout-lessened soaked-pasty powder to animals mentioned by po to investigate the effects on animal models. RESULTS Tongfeng Shu powder showed remarkable inhibition of acute gouty arthritis and distinct foot swelling at the dosage of 2.4, 1.2 g·kg -1, and showed obvious analgesic effect when administrated at 3.6, 1.8 g·kg -1. CONCLUSION We found Tongfeng Shu powder showed obvious inhibition of animals acute gouty arthritis and inflammation. It also had obvious analgesic effect.
