摘　　要：目的　验证不同工艺制备的清肝益脾胶囊在防治化学性肝损伤方面的作用。方法　实验采用以CCl4 诱发小鼠化学性肝损伤模型来进行实验研究。结果与结论　采用冷冻干燥与热风循环干燥制成的清肝益脾胶囊对CCl4 所致化学性肝损伤的小鼠具降低谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)和谷草转氨酶 (AST)的作用 ,并有显著性差异。OBJECTIVE To test and verify the effect of Qinggan Yipi capsules manufactured by two kinds of processes on the prevention of chemical hepatic damage in mice.METHODS The chemical hepatic damage model induced by CCl 4 was used to study.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Qinggan Yipi capsules prepared by freeze-drying and heat-wind circulate drying had the function of reducing ALT and AST on chemical hepatic damage of mice induced by CCl 4.They have significant difference.
