摘　　要：目的　用聚合酶链反应检测病原性Yersinia(耶尔森氏菌 )属菌。方法　通过病原性Yersinia属菌 3对引物 ,进行基因扩增 ,并且用凝胶电泳分离 ,照像。结果　病原性Yersinia属菌得到目的扩增带 ,非病原性Yersinia属菌及其他细菌没有扩增带。结论　聚合酶链反应方法简便 ,易行 ,特异性强 。Objective To examine pathogenetic Yersinia with the method of PCR.Methods We extended genes by three paires of pathogenetic Yersinia and separated and took photograph of them using agarose electrophoresis.Results Pathogenetic Yersinia can be abstained exlarging tapes,while other bacteria of non-pathogenetic Yersinia can't be gained exlarging tapes. Conlusions PCR is a method which is both simple and convenient,easy to practise and has relatively rich peculiar nature and higher sensibility.
