摘　　要：目的　评价全省参加尿碘、盐碘实验室检测能力。方法　尿碘采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学分析 ,盐碘用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果　参加质控考核的省、市 11个尿碘实验室全部合格 ,盐碘实验室省、市、县共 42个 ,40个合格。结论　通过参加质控考核 ,有利于发现存在的问题 ,加强培训 。Objective To evaluate the test ability of urine iodine and salt iodine laboratories in Hebei province.Methods Robust statistics and reference value ± uncertainty were used respectively to analyze the result of urine iodine and salt iodine.Results The provincial level laboratory and 10 city level laboratories participated in the quality evaluation and all of them had been proved to be qualified.There were total 42 salt iodine laboratories including provincial and country level laboratories,of which 40 laboratories passed the test.Conclusions Examining the test ability of laboratories is an effective way to find out existing problem in time and to improve test quality in advance.
