摘 要:目的 研究职业接触对生产工人淋巴细胞DNA损伤的影响。方法 应用彗星试验对广州某客车制造厂 6个车间的 3 46名 (男 2 40 ,女 10 6)工作人员 ,进行淋巴细胞DNA损伤检测 ,其中 3 0 6名为生产工人 ,40名 (男 2 0 ,女 2 0 )管理人员为对照组。结果 6个工种的彗星矩 (TM )各不相同 (P =0 0 0 3 ) ,以喷漆工的TM最大 [3 2 5 μm(2 97~ 3 5 5 ) ] ,其他依次为车床工 [3 18μm (2 66~ 3 82 ) ]、辅助工 [3 13 μm (2 82~ 3 48) ]、电焊工 [2 89μm(2 63~ 3 19) ]、管理工人 [2 5 4μm (2 2 2~ 2 90 ) ]和组装工 [2 3 2 μm (2 0 2~ 2 67)。吸烟可使DNA损伤增加 (P =0 0 2 3 )。经协方差分析 ,调整年龄、性别、职业暴露、吸烟和饮酒等因素发现 ,职业暴露 (P =0 0 0 1)和吸烟 (P =0 0 19)可分别影响TM值的改变 ,使DNA损伤显著增加。Objective To study the effects of occupational exposure on lymphocyte DNA in the workers of a bus manufacturer.Method Comet assay was used to detect DNA damage of lymphocyte in 346 workers (240 males and 106 females)at six workshops of a bus manufacturer in Guangzhou, including 306 production workers and 40 managers(20 males and 20 females)as controls.Result Significant difference in comet tail moment(TM)was found in workers at six kinds of job categories,the largest in workers spraying paint[3.25 μm(2.97-3.55)],next in lathe operators[3.18 μm(2.66-3.82)],auxiliary workers[3.13 μm(2.82-3.48)],welders[2.89 μm(2.63-3.19)],managerial workers[2.54 μm(2.22-2.90)]and assemblers [2.32 μm (2.02-2.67)].TM could be significantly increased in smokers than in non-smokers[3.14 μm(2.89-3.40) vs 2.79 μm(2.63-2.97),P=0.023].Analysis of covariance showed that TM could be influenced by occupational exposure(P=0.001)and smoking(P=0.019),adjusted for other factors such as age,gender,drinking status,etc.,causing more damage to DNA.Conclusion Occupational exposure in a bus manufacturer and smoking could cause DNA damage in workers.
