摘  要:本文采用观察法、心率遥测法、生化监控法等手段,对重剑运动员在训练及比赛期间Hb、BUN和CK进行监控。结果显示:长时间高强度的运动能力是击剑运动员比赛必需具备的基本体能;实战强度训练是提高训练质量的重要强化手段;作好系统的监控,预防过度疲劳,是系统性实战训练的重要保障;赛前应提前增强机体免疫能力。The method of experiment was adopted to analyses the biochemical indices of male epeefencers in competition and training so as to explore the means of adjustment in pre-competition training.The result shows that the long-time high-intensity exercising ability is necessary for an epeeist incompetition. It is important to improve the training quality by practicing in a competition way. Systematicmonitoring should be applied to avoid over-fatigue. And it is also necessary to increase the intake ofnutrients for fencers before competitions so as to improve their immune ability.
