摘 要:目的 对比分析99mTc -DTPA和99mTc -EC的同期肾动态显像 ,比较这两种肾脏显像剂在正常人和不同患者体内显像的特点和异同。方法 采用自身对照方法 ,对 15例正常人和 3 5例不同肾脏疾患病人的99mTc -DTPA和99mTc -EC同期肾动态显像的图像和功能曲线参数进行了对比分析。结果 显示正常人99mTc-EC肾脏显像效果较99mTc -DTPA好 ,肾脏对99mTc -EC的清除较99mTc -DTPA快 ,99mTc -EC的 2 0minCR( 63 .15± 15 .66)明显高于99mTc-DTPA的 2 0minCR( 3 8.15± 11.2 4) ,差异显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,在一些早、中期肾功能受损患者中99mTc -EC和99mTc -DT PA的肾功能曲线和功能参数存在不一致 ,这表明了肾小球和肾小管损伤程度的不一致性。Objective The paper comparative analyzed 99m Tc-EC and 99m Tc-DTPA dynamic renal scintigraphy observed the sizes?imagings?radionuclide uptake and distribute?function parameters of these kidneies of renal function normal person and patients with renal function abnormal group.Methods fifteen normal person and thirty five patients with renal function abnormal were confirmed though clinical and biochemical analyse.all patients underwent 99m Tc-EC and 99m Tc-DTPA dynamic renal scintigraphy in 24 hour.Two groups each functional image was analyzed separately then count out kidney and aorta mean counts specific value (K/A)?kidney uptake high peak value (KP)?ERPF?GFR.Results Normal person kidney clean out 99m Tc-EC (63.15±15.66) is swifter than that 99m Tc-DTPA (38.15±11.24),There was significant difference among two groups above parameters (p<0.01).Conclusions 99m Tc-DTPA and 99m Tc-EC combine dynamic renal scintigraphy evaluated kidney function is all-sided and efficiency.
