摘　　要：文章论述了网络计费管理的主要内容、Intranet计费系统的基本结构与工作模型、网络流量采集方法及其比较 。The paper discusses the main contents of network accounting management,the basic structure and function model of intranet accounting system,and compares several main methods of flowcollection in the network.It also provides an implementaˉtion sample of accounting system based on Proxy Server.
