摘  要:由于侧斜修井技术在套损井上的应用,使因深部油层井段套损严重而难以修复的套损井恢复了生产,不但改善了套损井区的注采关系,还降低了投入成本。为此,在目前侧斜井工艺技术发展的基础上,根据测斜修井技术原理、工艺特点和适用范围,以充分挖掘单砂层剩余油潜力为目的,从井网、井区、井点等不同角度研究了采油井侧斜修井及侧斜方位的合理确定方法,指出侧斜方位的确定应在确保侧斜井与原井或周围邻井不相碰的同时力求较高的目的层钻遇率,应满足挖掘剩余油潜力的方位钻井设计要求。按该方法设计投产16口油井,目的层钻遇率达到100%,为有效实施套损采油井的侧斜修井措施提供了依据。The application of the off-angle drilling workover technique enabled the casing sheered wells, whose casing were damaged in formations of deep depth and were difficult to be repaired, resumed their production. The relationship between the injection and the production in the casing sheered well area was improved, the potential residual oil was trapped, and also the invested capital was decreased. Based on the development history of off-angle drilling workover technique, according to the technical theory, characteristic , and the range of application, aimed at sufficiently trapping the potential residual oil of single sand layers, the method for reasonably determining the orientation of off-angle drilling was studied from the well net, the well area, and the wellpoint point of view. It was pointed that the determination of the orientation should ensure the off-angle drilling well hit neither the original well nor the surrounding well. At the same time, the determination of orientation requires higher probability of penetration and must fulfill the.requirements of trapping the potential residual oil. Using this method, 16 off-lake wells were designed; the probability of penetration of target layers was 100% . Bases were founded to effectively implement the off-angle drilling workover for the casing sheered off-take wells.
