应用枸橼酸氯米芬后宫颈评分特征性变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:前瞻性研究应用枸橼酸氯米芬(CC)后宫颈评分的变化规律,以进一步评价CC对宫颈局部的影响。方法:采用自身对照,按不同剂量分为两组,进行宫颈评分、阴道超声卵泡监测、血雌孕激素测定及尿黄体生成素(LH)测定等。结果:CC应用后排卵前1日E_2、P值均明显高于用药前(P<0.05),与药物剂量无关(P>0.05)。 与用药前相比,用药后尿LH峰出现日各组间的宫颈评分(50mg组11.0±0.8分,100mg组11.0±0.7分,用药前11.6±0.5分)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但其前1、2日宫颈评分呈显著性下降(P<0.01)。结论:正确掌握应用CC后宫颈评分的特征性变化,指导患者的易受孕时间,将有利于增加受孕。Objective: To investigate the effect of clomiphene citrate on cervical mucus in ovulatory cycles. Methods: Thirty infertity cases were included in this study and treated with two different dosage of CC. Inslee cervical score, transvaginal ultra-sonography and serum E2, P, urine LH were measured. Results: Serum E2 , P on day - 1 ( one day before ovulation) in CC cycle were significantly higher than that in nature cycle(P<0. 05). There were no significant difference of CS on day 0(day of the peak LH) among CC cycles and nature cycle, but CS on day - 1 (one day before the day of the peak LH) , day - 2 in CC cycle were significant lower than that in nature cycle (P <0. 01). There was no relation with the different dosage (P > 0.05). Conclusions : The change of cervical mucus score in clomiphene citrate cycles is characteristic, and it benefits to guide becoming pregnant.
