树突状细胞在人类肾炎肾组织中的分布特点及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究树突状细胞在人类肾炎肾组织中的分布、特点及临床意义。方法选择经肾活检和临床资料确诊的不同类型肾炎患者133例。采用免疫荧光双标记染色与低照度荧光显微镜图像分析检测方法 ,观察树突状细胞在肾炎患者肾组织中分布与改变。结果肾炎患者肾组织中树突状细胞分布的面积、数量及密度均明显增多。从分布特点来看 ,树突状细胞主要分布于肾小管、肾间质和肾血管 ,而肾小球基本未见分布。此外 ,树突状细胞在肾小管间质分布程度随肾炎肾小管间质病变程度加重而明显增加。结论树突状细胞可能参与了肾脏疾病的免疫病理机制 ,并与肾小管间质病变密切相关。Objective To evaluate the localization of dendritic cells in human kidney with nephritis and its pathological significance.Methods Biopsy specimen of133patients with nephritis and10normal individuals were investigated by double immunostaining method and the images were analyzed with Axioplan2microscopy.Results①There were much more double-stained cells in nephritis kidney than in normal kidney.②In renal tissues of patients with nephritis,dendritic cells were found in renal tubules,interstitium and vessels except glomeruli.③The distribution area,number and density of dendritic cells in renal tissues of severe tubulointerstitial lesions group are greater than mild and moderate groups.Conclusions The study demonstrated that mature dendritic cells were involved in nephritis which is associated with tubulointerstitial lesions,suggesting that antigen-specific immune responses play an important role in pathogenesis of nephritis.
