摘　　要：目的　探讨老年人 (≥ 6 0岁 )胆道疾病的外科治疗方法及效果。方法　我们对 1999年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月的 118例老年胆道疾病手术住院病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　本组有各种合并症 5 2例 (4 4 1% )。 117例治愈和好转 ,死亡 1例(0 8% ) ,死亡原因与术前合并疾病及多脏器功能衰竭有关。术后发生各种并发症 7例 (5 9% ) ,其中急诊手术组为 16 1% ,择期手术组为 2 3%。结论　虽然老年人合并症多 ,但在全面了解病情 ,充分术前准备后 ,适时进行手术治疗 。AIM To study the method and effect of the surgical management for the biliary tract disease in patients aged over 60 years. METHODS We analysed retrospectively 118 cases who were senile biliary tract disease in patients from May 1999 to Dec 2002. RESULTS Various underlying diseases were found in 52 cases(44 1%). 117 cases were cured,Various complications occurred in 7 cases (5 9%), (16 1% in emergency group,2 3% in elective group). 1 cases died(0 8%). The death causes mainly were correlated with accompanied chronic diseases and MSOF. CONCLUSION However, Various underlying diseases should be performed for biliary tract disease in patients aged. carefully preoperative assessment and management are very important significantly, disease in patients aged get satisfied outcome.
