摘　　要：[目的 ]　进一步提高本市HIV检测质量 ,尽量减少实验错误 ,对受检者负责 ,避免法律纠纷。　 [方法 ]　对各HIV实验室质控资料和试剂质量评估调查资料进行分析。　 [结果 ]　影响上海地区HIV抗体检测质量的因素包括实验室工作人员操作水平、实验环境、仪器设备和诊断试剂质量等。　 [结论 ]　加强HIV实验室质量管理 ,定期组织实验室工作人员业务培训和合理选用诊断试剂 ,是质控工作的关键问题。[Objective] To further enhance detection quality of HIV antibody, reduce errors of laboratory testing and avoid law suit through the study. [Methods] To collect data of laboratory quality control and evaluation investigation on HIV kit quality in each laboratory. [Results] Influencing factors of HIV antibody testing, included laboratory technicians, lab environment, machines, equipments and diagnostic kits in Shanghai. [Conclusion] To strengthen quality control of HIV Labs, organize the training for laboratory staff periodically and select diagnostic kits and reasonably are the key points for quality control.
