摘　　要：目的　探讨鲍文样丘疹病的治疗方法。方法　对 1999年 12月至 2 0 0 1年 12月本院妇科门诊 36名经外阴活检病理诊断为鲍文样丘疹病的患者采用不同方法治疗的过程进行回顾性分析。结果　 36名患者中 ,手术治疗 8例 ,占 2 2 .2 2 % ;有 1例术后复发而第 2次手术 ;1例复发者予激光治疗 ;1例患者因合并外阴原位癌而行手术治疗。激光治疗 14例 ,占 38.89% ;有 3例治疗后复发而行第 2次激光治疗 ;另有 1例 2次激光后复发改用药物治疗。药物 5 -Fu软膏治疗 6例 ,占 16 .6 7% ;未治自愈 3例 ,占 8.3% ;失访 5例 ,占 13.89%。结论　鲍文样丘疹病是良性疾病 ,治疗应采用保守方法 ,避免采用创伤较大的外科手术。此病的预后大多良好。Purpose: To discuss the clinical treatments for Bowenoid papulosis. Methods: During the period from Dec. 1999 to Dec. 2001, thirty-six patients with Bowenoid Papulosis diagnosed by vulvar biopsy and treated with different methods were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) The surgical treatment was performed in 8 cases (22.22%). One patient recurred after treatment was operated for the second time and another one by Laser. (2) The physical therapy was applied in 14 cases (38.89%), all were treated by Laser, and 3 recurrent cases were treated twice and drug (5-Fu unguent) used in one of them. (3) The chemotherapy was used in 6 cases (16.67%). 5-Fu unguent was coated in the vulval regions of the patients till the lesions disappeared. (4) Spontaneous cure occurred in 3 cases(8.3%). Lesions disappeared without treatment. (5) 5 cases of Bowenoid papulosis were lost in follow up. Conclusions: Bowenoid Papulosis is a vulval benign diseases. Invasive operation should be avoided, and conservative treatment should be applied. Most patients with Bowenoid papulosis have favourable prognosis.
