博宁霉素注射剂对宠物犬脂溢性皮炎和银屑病病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察博宁霉素注射剂治疗宠物犬脂溢性皮炎和银屑病 (牛皮癣 )病变的疗效。方法　经临床诊断的患犬皮下注射给药 ,隔日一次 ,5次为一疗程 ,1～ 2疗程。结果　对脂溢性皮炎 ,在 2 1个病例中总治愈率 5 7% ,总有效率 90 .5 % ;对 3例银屑病变的患犬第 2疗程后 ,1例痊愈 ,2例 80 % ,以上皮损消退。结论　博宁霉素注射液对宠物犬脂溢性皮炎和银屑病均有疗效 ,对脂溢性皮炎效果更明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of boningmycin for injection on seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis of pet dog. Methods Clinical diagnosed animals were treated with boningmycin for injection once every other days, five times in a course, two courses altogether. Results Twelve out of twenty one case of seberrheic dermatitis were completely cured, with a cure rate of 57%, nineteen out of twenty one were effective, with an effective rate of 90.5%. As to psoriasis, of three diagnosed pet dogs, one case was completely cured, the other two cases are effective. Conclusion Boningmycin is an effective drug for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis of pet dogs.
