摘 要:精子获能的发现和体外获能的成功是体外受精的基础。有关精子体内和体外获能的实质及获能机制 ,以及存在于雌性生殖道或精浆中的激素包括雌激素、孕酮、催乳素和前列腺素及肽类生长因子如表皮生长因子 ( EGF)、受精促进肽 ( FPP)、白细胞介素 ( IL)等对精子获能的作用已有较多的研究报道 。The found of sperm capacitation and the success of capacitation in vitro are basic events to establish the techniques of in vitro fertilization(IVF). There were a series of reports about the substances of sperm capacitation in vivo and in vitro , the capacitation mechanism, and the effect of hormones existing in female reproductive tract or seminal plasma on sperm capacitation. In the mini review, author summarizes resent advances, in which the several hormones are reviewed, including estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, prostaglandins, and peptide growth factors, such as epidermal growth factor(EGF), fertilization promoting peptide(FPP), and interleukin. The studies on factors to associate with sperm capacitation will promote further application of IVF in human assistant reproduction and animal reproduction.
