摘 要:①目的 研究缺血性心脑血管病病人血浆肾上腺髓质素 (ADM)含量变化及其与血浆内皮素 (ET 1)的关系 ,探讨其在缺血性心脑血管病发生发展过程中的作用。②方法 应用放射免疫法 ,测定 4 0例急性脑梗死、4 0例急性心肌梗死病人和 4 5例正常人的血浆ADM和ET 1含量。③结果 脑梗死、心肌梗死组病人血浆ADM含量及ET 1含量均高于正常对照组 (F =37.5、2 2 .4 ,q =9.8~ 14 .6 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;心肌梗死组、脑梗死组血浆ADM水平与血浆ET 1含量均呈显著正相关 (r =0 .5 74、0 .5 85 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 肾上腺髓质素参与了缺血性心脑血管病的发生发展过程。血浆ADM可作为判断脑梗死、心肌梗死血管内皮损伤程度的指标之一。Objective\ To investigate the change of adren omedullin (ADM) in patients with acute ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascul ar diseases and its relationship with endothelin 1(ET 1) level . The role of t hem in the process of the disease was discussed. \ Methods\ Plasma concentration of ADM and ET 1 in patients with ac ute myocardial infarction(AMI, 40 cases), acute cerebral infarction(ACI, 40 case s) and 45 normal controls were measured by RIA.\ Results\ Plasma concentration of ADM and ET 1 in both AMI and ACI were significantly higher than that of the control ( F=37.5, 22.4; q=9.8-14.6 ;P <0.05), the ADM in AMI and ACI group showed a significantly positive c orrelation with the plasma concentration of ET 1 ( r=0.574,0.585;P < 0.01 ) .\ Conclusion\ These findings suggest that ADM might play an importan t role in the occurrence and development of AMI and ACI. The plasma ADM level ma y be used as a parameter reflecting the degree of endothelial injury.
