摘 要:本文分析了少棘和墨江蜈蚣对8种致病真菌和7种细菌体外生长的影响。两种蜈蚣的2%NaHCO_3和蒸馏水提取液以及油脂对真菌影响极小;3%CH_3COOH 提取液强烈抑制真菌生长,但无杀菌作用,测定了相应的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。各提取物对细菌均无抑制作用。The effects of Seolopendra subspinipes mutilans L.Koch and Scolo-pendra mojiangica Zhang et Chi on the growth of eight pathogenic fungi and sevenbacteria were analysed.the results showed that the growth of fungi could notbe inhibited by the extracts of water and 2% NaHCO_3,but could be inhibi-ted by the extracts of 3% CH_3COOH strongly.The minimum inhibitoryconcentrations (MIC) were determined and the MIC of Sco.mojiangica Zhanget Chi at pH 4.0 and at pH 7.0 were compared.All extracts of two centipe-des could not inhibit the growth of bacteria and killed the fungi.
