摘  要:①目的 探讨P波离散度 (Pd)、最大P波时间 (Pmax)对阵发性心房颤动的预测价值。②方法 采用12导联同步心电图测量阵发性心房颤动病人 (房颤组 )及正常人 (对照组 )Pd和Pmax,并进行对比分析。③结果房颤组与对照组比较Pd、Pmax均显著增大 ,差异均有显著意义 (t=3.392、3.4 98,P <0 .0 1) ;房颤组Pmax≥ 110ms及Pd≥ 4 0ms者显著多于对照组 (χ2 =4 .5 32、4 .15 6 ,P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To determine the forecasting value of P wave dispersion(Pd) and P wave duration (P max) in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). Methods Pd and P max of the PAF group (45 patients with a history of PAF ) and the control group (46 healthy subjects) were measured by the 12-lead surface electrocardiogram, and the results were compared to each other. Results P max and Pd were significantly higher in the PAF group than that in the control group (t=3.392,3.498; P<0.01 ). The number of patients with P max≥110ms and Pd ≥40ms of the PAF group is significantly more than that of the control group (χ 2= 4.532, 4.156; P<0.05). Conclusion Pd and P max are of clinic value to predict the occurrence of PAF.
