青岛市2001年婚前医学检查疾病检出结果分析

摘　　要：①目的　探讨提高婚前医学检查 (以下简称婚检 )工作质量的措施 ,为进一步做好婚检工作提供参考。②方法　采用卫生部统一制订的青岛市 2 0 0 1年《婚前医学检查情况年报表》的数据 ,对青岛十二区 (市 )婚检检出的疾病进行分类 ,并汇总分析。③结果　 2 0 0 1年婚检疾病检出率为 10 .0 6 % ;生殖系统疾病检出率最高 ;男性生殖系统疾病、内科系统疾病、指定传染病、其他系统疾病检出率明显高于女性 (χ2 =11.6 8～ 188.4 9,P <0 .0 1)。对患影响婚育疾病的 32 7人提出了医学处理意见。④结论　要加强宣传教育 ,增强围婚期青年的自我保健意识 ;继续加强妇幼保健机构队伍建设 。Objective To study the measures for improvement of premarital medical examination. Methods Based on Annual Premarital Examination Chart designed by the Ministry of Health of China, the diseases detected in 12 districts in Qingdao in 2001 were classified and analyzed. Results The rate of disease-detected was 10.06%. Diseases in genital system ranked the first. Diseases found more in man than woman, which included diseases in genital system, in internal medicine and legal communicable disease (χ 2=11.68-188.49,P<0.01). Medical advice was given to 327 persons who had diseases that affected their marriage or fertility. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of premarital medical examination, health education and construction of health care personnel should be enhanced.
