摘　　要：①目的　探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的效果。②方法　稽留流产的孕妇采用口服米非司酮 15 0mg ,阴道后穹隆置米索前列醇 0 .6mg方法治疗 ,观察流产效果。③结果　 95例中 86例组织物完全自然排出 ,有效率达 90 .5 %。Objective To study the effect of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods The pregnant women with missed abortion were given Mifepristone 150mg, orally, and Misoprostol, 0.6mg, intravaginally. The effect was observed. Results The tissues of the 86 cases were expelled completely, the effective rate being 90.5%. Conclusion Mifepristone and Misoprostol are effective in the treatment of missed abortion.
