摘　　要：介绍了以聚氨脂橡胶为胀形介质 ,采用复合胀形工艺 ,将无缝管一次成形为三通管成品的加工工艺 ,包括模具结构设计、胀形变形力学特征和胀形成形机理分析及胀形力的计算 ,研究表明 。A compound bulding technology to form the three-way pipe directly with polyurethane rubber bar is developed,which includs the design of bulding die,the calculation of bulging forces and mechanism of bulging forming.It has instructive significance to the practical production.
