单缸柴油机调速器恢复力特性分析

摘　　要：调速器恢复力特性是调速器静态特性和动态特性分析的基础。本文提出了一种适合单缸柴油机调速器恢复力特性的分析方法 ,并以X195柴油机调速器为例 ,建立了恢复力特性的完整模型 ,给出了计算机模拟结果。分析结果表明 ,该调速器恢复力特性具有 4个临界调速器轴位移点 ,恢复力特性的形态可分为 7类 。the restoring force of governor is the base of the static and dynamic governor analysis. A method for studying the restoring force of governor on single cylinder engine is introduced. Based on an example of the governor of X195 diesel,a mathematical model of restoring force is established. In this paper,the results of computer simulations are illustrated. Analysis result shows that there are four critical displacements of governor axis in the restoring force of governor and the shape of the restoring force of governor is divided into seven types. Moreover,basic characteristics of the restoring force of governor are given.
