北京农业信息服务工作中存在的问题与对策分析

摘　　要：本文主要以北京农业信息服务的实践经验出发 ,指出了目前存在的问题并提出了解决方法 ,建议从信息资源、网络平台、人力资源三个方面来重新整合现有工作基础 ,最终建立起一个以三农为服务对象的农业信息数字资源中心和多功能信息服务保障体系 。Based on the practical experience,this article points out the existing problems and some countermeasures in Beijing agricultural information service,suggesting to re-integrate the current working foundation from information resource,network platform and human resource aspects.As a result,an agricultural information digital resource center and a multi-functional information service guarantee system serving for agriculture,countryside,farmer will be established,which will make a practical and powerful information support for agricultural structure adjustment and income increase for farmers in Beijing rural areas.
