链接的版权问题

摘　　要：超链接是互联网上普遍存在的现象 ,任何一个站点都要使用到超链接技术。然而 ,链接也惹出了一系列麻烦 ,不少网站所有者因为设置了通向其他网站材料的链接而被控侵犯知识产权。其中 ,又以版权问题更为突出。Hyperlink is the most common phenomenon on the Internet and almost every site will use the hyperlink technology.But many network sites are often charged with infringement for setting links towards other sites.Among those infringing behaviors,copyright is the most prominent problem.The article will analyze and bebate about it.
