摘　　要：论述了竞争情报的概念及竞争情报在国内外的发展状况 ,分析了医院目前所处的竞争环境和竞争对手 ,并提出在医院竞争中应重视竞争情报的收集和分析 ,为医院竞争决策服务。The concept of competitive intelligence (CI) and its development at home and broad are described. Based on an analysis of the current competition environment of hospitals and their competitors, it is put forward that hospitals should pay high attention to the collection and analysis of CI to serve their competition decision-making.
