摘　　要：通过建立读者服务系统模式 ,探讨图书馆读者服务工作由被动向主动转化的思路 ,详细介绍了读者服务工作平台的系统结构 。The thinking of transformation of reader service from passivity to positivity in libraries is discussed based on the establishment of a system mode of reader service on a campus network. The structure, function, and applicable range of the service platform of the system are described in detail.
