摘　　要：分析了国内外虚拟参考咨询系统及分布式实时合作咨询系统的服务模式 。Some suggestions on establishing China's real-virtual reference system are put forward based on an analysis of the service mode of virtual reference system and distributed cooperative real-time reference system in China and foreign countries.
