宁肠汤治疗大鼠肠易激综合征的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨宁肠汤对肠易激综合征 (IBS)的作用机制。方法 :将 5 0只SD大鼠 ,随机分为 5组。分别给予 0 9%Nacl溶液、宁肠汤、补脾益肠丸灌胃 ,观察大鼠排便数、直肠内玻璃小球排出时间、小肠墨汁推进率和血浆中的胃动素、血管活性肠肽、P物质含量的变化。结果 :宁肠汤能够降低IBS大鼠小肠墨汁推进百分率 ,降低血浆MOT、VIP水平 ,升高血浆SP水平。结论 :宁肠汤可通过调整紊乱的胃肠激素的分泌、释放而调节IBS大鼠的肠运动功能 ,为临床治疗肠易激综合征提供了实验依据。Objective:To explore the mechanism of ningchang decoction on intestinal irritable syndrome. Method:50SD rats were divided randomly into 5groups,normal group,model group, ningchong decoction high-dosage and low-dosage groups and bupiyichang pill group.observing stool of rats,the time of glass ball pushed out,ink suspension pushing rate and motilin,vasoactive intestinal pepitide and substance P in plasma were determined. Results: Ningchang decoction could low the ink suspension pushing rate significantly and decrease the plasma MOT and VIP levels,increase plasma SP.Conclusion: Ning chang decoction could regulate intestinal movement of rats with irritable syndrome by regulating the secretion and release of gastrointestinal hormones.
