摘  要:目的 :探讨草苁蓉提取物的抗衰老作用。方法 :采用D -半乳糖皮下注射制作衰老模型 ,共分 4组。即正常组、模型组、草苁蓉提取物组和人参皂甙组。免疫组化方法观察各组大鼠脑组织SDH、LDH、LPF的变化 ,同步观察电子显微镜下组织学变化。结果 :草苁蓉提取物对D -半乳糖所致衰老大鼠的大脑皮质神经元SDH活性下降、LDH活性升高及LPF含量增多有明显的抑制作用 ,对线粒体等细胞器的变性具有改善作用。结论Objective:To explore the anti-senile effect of Boschniakia rossica extract.Methods:40 Wistar rats were randomly into normal group,model group and Ginsenoside group.SDH,LDH,LPF were detected by the immunohistochemical method,and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. Results: Boschniakia rossica extract significantly increased the the activitity of SDH in brain tissue of senile rats,decreased the activity LDH and the content LPF.It was observed under microscope that Boschniakia rossica could retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. Conclusion: Boschniakia rossica ertract can effectively protect brain tissue of senile rats.
