摘　　要：从网络信息资源的建设和利用两方面讨论网络环境下的馆藏资源建设问题,并提出相应的技术方案。Discusses the library collection building from two aspects--the construction and usage of networked information resources. On the construction, the author puts forward a set of construction frame-work for networked resources in order to balance the interests among the resources creators, publishers and readers. On the usage, the author gives concrete technical plans based on the discussion on the database style and non - database style networked information resources.
