摘　　要：从农业发展模式研究入手 ,重点研究北京地区农业发展的新思路与实现途径。现代化都市型农业是目前国内大中城市探索与发展的热点 ,北京是国际化大都市 ,是全国的政治、文化中心 ,因此 ,发展现代化都市型农业对加快农业结构调整、优化城市结构。The new trains of thought and avenues to modern urban agriculture in Beijing area were focused on particularly by means of agricultural developing styles. The modern urban agriculture was studied widely in major cities. Beijing is one of the international capitals and the center of the politics and culture in China. Developing modern urban agriculture has strategic significance in optimizing city structure and promoting the level of city modernization.
