摘　　要：目的:介绍溴杀灵的合成工艺及应用;方法:由邻氯甲苯经硝化、偶联、二次溴化合成得到;结果:总回收率54.5％,纯度98％;结论:经现场灭鼠实验,对鼠的适口性较好,安全性也好。Objective: To introduce the synthesis and application of Bromethalin. Methods: Bromethalin was synthesized by reac- tion of 2- Chlorobenzotrifluoride as starting material from nitration, coupling, reaction and bromination. Results; The retrieving rate was 54.5% and the purity rate was 98% .Conclusion:Field experiment on rodents proves that it is palatable and also secure to human,so it is applicable.
