摘 要:目的:了解合肥市家蝇抗性现状及种群间差异;方法:微量点滴法进行毒力测定;结果:通过对15种杀虫剂的测定,家蝇对5种杀虫剂较为敏感,其中家蝇对氨基甲酸酯类和有机磷类杀虫剂抗性水平普遍较高,拟除虫菊酯类中3种常用的杀虫剂比其它菊酯抗性突出。家蝇各种群对辛硫磷和甲醚菊酯的抗性差异不显著,对其它杀虫剂的抗性各种群间差异显著;结论:尽管家蝇对5种杀虫剂较为敏感,但家蝇的抗性水平不低,应该交互性使用这些杀虫剂来延缓家蝇的抗性发展。Objective: To study the current situation of the resistance of houseflies in Hefei City and the diversity of colonies. Methods; Toxicity measurement by dropping insecticides. Results; Houseflies were susceptible to 5 of the 15 insecticides , including Deltamethrin, Cypermethrin, Permethrin, Etofenpox and Phoxim, but the level of resistance to them were still high. The resistance to the Organphosphates and the Carbamates were higher than to the Pyreriods. Conclusion; Insecticides should be applied alternately in order to reduce to the level of resistance. Regular survey should be conducted on the resistance.
