摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型灭蟑螂药物——蟑螂绝育剂;方法:用一定剂量的蟑螂绝育剂与小鼠饲料研磨成粉饵饲喂德国小蠊,观察药物对蟑螂的绝育效果及适口性;结果:用含有0.125％蟑螂绝育剂的毒饵饲喂德国小蠊若虫,其成虫期和雌虫卵荚形成期与对照组相比略微滞后,其卵荚中无若虫孵出;试虫对含有0.125％蟑螂绝育剂毒饵组和空白对照组的取食无显著性差异;毒饵在54℃烤箱中放置14 d后对蟑螂的绝育效果稳定;结论:蟑螂绝育剂能够使蟑螂绝育,可以作为一种新型灭蟑药物。Objective:To develop a new type insecticide against cockroaches - sterilization agent for cockroaches. Methods: Add mouse feed to cockroach sterilization agent and feed it to Blattella germanica, then observe the efficacy and palatability. Results: Feed the larvae of Blattella germanica with 0.125% cockroach sterilization agent bait, there was no larvae incubated from ovums. The maturity and ovum formation time both prolonged. After storage in 54 ℃ baking room, it still had stable efficacy on cockroaches. Conclusion: Cockroach sterilization agent can sterilize cockroach and can be new insecticide against cockroach.
