摘　　要：从立足现实、面向未来的角度 ,通过分析人才市场的需求变化特点 ,探求我国经济结构战略性调整的新趋势 。The thesis probes into the new trend of the strategical adjustment of our country's economic structure by way of analysing the features of the needs of the personnel market from the prospect of basing on the reality and facing the future. The thesis also analyses and proves the existing problems.
