摘　　要：指出了制动底板在汽车整车制动中的重要作用,对其在成形过程中存在的三个主要技术问题,进行了详细的分析,提出了解决的方案,并已在生产中得到应用。The important role of brake plate in the brake of whole vehicle is pointed out, and three technological problems during the forming process are analysed in detail. The solutions are proposed, which have been used in the production and got a food result.
