小鼠超排后的取卵时间对体外受精率的影响

摘　　要：为了提高小鼠的体外受精率,对ICR和C57BL/6J小鼠进行超数排卵,并观察超排后12～18h内每间隔1h所取卵的态及其体外受精(IVF)率。结果显示,注射hCG后13h、14h所取卵的体外受精率最高;其中超排后14h取卵的异常卵比例最低。实验表明,ICR和C57BL/6J小鼠IVF的最佳取卵时间为超数排卵后14h。在这之前或之后,体外受精率均有不同程度的下降。因此,准确掌握超数排卵后的取卵时间是提高体外受精率的关键之一。To raise the In Vitro Fe rtilization(IVF)rate of mice ,the authors observed th e morphology and IVF ra te of oocytes which collected from ICR mice and C57BL/6J mice superovulate d 12～18h.after given hCG .The result showed that ferti lization rate was the highest when oocytes collected o n 13h,14h.after given hCG.Abnormal o ocytes rate was the lowest on 14h.after given hCG.The results indicated that the best c ollecting oocyte time of IVF in ICR an d C57BL/6J mice was on 14h.after given hCG.Before 14h.after given hCG or later,the ferti lizati on rates were both descend.Therefore,controlling the exact time of collecting oocyte after given hCG played an important role in raising the fertilization ra te.
