摘　　要：金沙雅苑根据基地形状、周边道路及开发商分期开发的要求,介绍了南北向展开的小区组团规划结构,主次出入口的住置,交通组织,串联贯穿整个小区的绿带,住宅单体的户型、立面设计,营造一个亲切高雅及休闲商业风貌的居住环境。The Kingsize garden is spreading northward and southward according to the condition of base and surrouding roads and is made up of community groups to conform with requirements of its development by stages,creating a residential environment with elegant and leisure commercial features. In this article,the author introduces the arrangement of main and secondary entrances, traffic system, green belt running through the whole residential quarter ,type of housing unit and facade design of Kingsize Garden.
