摘  要:研究蚕豆种子经过磁场处理后,在不同的Cu^(2+)浓度下对根的生长、细胞分裂及过氧化物酶同工酶的影响.实验结果表明,蚕豆种子在一定Cu^(2+)浓度条件下,较无磁场处理的种子根生长速度快,有丝分裂指数较高,同工酶的活性也高,但伴随着Cu^(2+)浓度的再增高时,这种现象逐渐消失.Effect with Cu2+ solutions of the different concentrate on the root growth velocity, the mitosis and peroxidase isoenzyme of broad bean seeds treated with magnetic field at first had been studied. The results showed that the growth velocity of the seed managed by the magnetic field and Cu2+ was much faster than that managed only by Cu2+, and the mitotic index and the isoenzymatic activity are also higher. Meanwhile, with increasing the concentrate of the metal again, the growth velocity and mitotic index slowed down, the rate of variation increased.
